So, now we are happy to present to you 3D door hinges for PVC profiles. Such hinges are installed on entrance or interior doors made of PVC profile. Our assortment includes 3D hinges for doors of various standard sizes and with different overlap’s heights.

Like all other AXOR’s products, 3D hinges are tested in our own certified laboratories to be sure of their quality. We are telling to you how 3D hinges are tested exactly. Two hinges are installed on a special steel test rig, the entire load weighing 120 kg falls on the upper hinge. After that, a durability test of 200,000 opening cycles is performed in automatic mode. The next test is for an additional load of 240 kg for 20 openings, and then for an overload of 360 kg for 5 opening. In addition, 3D hinges undergo mandatory testing for corrosion resistance, where they confirm compliance with the 4th class of resistance.
